Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order as they apply to all sales and/or services provided by TnT PartyTime. Our terms and conditions set out your rights as a customer and your obligations to us. These terms and conditions also set out our responsibilities to you, the customer. Upon booking our services you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions

  • “The company” is TnT PartyTime
  • “The customer” is the person hiring the services/equipment from the company.
  • “The equipment” is all items supplied to or hired by the customer.
  • “The hire period” starts once the items are collected by or delivered to the customer and ends when any equipment is returned to the company or collected by the company.

“The hire agreement” is the contract entered into by the customer

Booking our services

All bookings require a non-refundable “booking fee” of 25% to reserve our services for your preferred event date. This will then be deducted from the final balance payable 1 week prior to your event.

The Hire Period

You the customer are responsible for all of the items during the hire period.

The hire period starts when the items are delivered by TnT PartyTime to the customer at the venue stated on the booking form.

The hire period ends when any returnable items are collected by TnT PartyTime from the venue stated on the booking form.

Hire items

All hire items remain the property of TnT PartyTime at all times.

All hire items must be available for collection after your event at the venue stated on the booking form.

A refundable deposit of £50 - £150 holding deposit may be applicable to some of our hire equipment. This is taken as insurance for the item and will be returned to the customer upon satisfactory inspection of the item upon its return to TnT PartyTime. Please check items information for equipment requiring holding deposit. You will be sent an email notifying you of holding deposit charge.

During the full hire period you are responsible for all hired items.

Any losses incurred by TnT PartyTime during the hire period will be invoiced to the customer within 1 weeks of the event date.

Any hire items damaged during the hire period remain the property of TnT PartyTime.

We reserve the right to invoice the customer a “late return fee” for any hire items that are returned outside of the hire time.

TnT PartyTime is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by items hired, unless it was caused by faulty equipment.

Bouncy Castle Hire Terms

Customer is responsible whilst hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and guidelines as followed: .

  1. Each unit has an age or size limit which is highlighted in the suitability section of each product. Please ensure no-one over this age/ height uses the equipment.
  2. All footwear, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncing Castle.
  3. Socks MUST be worn at all times on the Bouncy Castle.
  4. No food or drinks or gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and could cause damage to the Bouncy Castle (this will incur a cleaning and, or repairing charge.)
  5. No smoking or cooking equipment near the Bouncy Castle.
  6. No face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string or ink based products to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
  7. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and therefore not permitted.
  8. A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
  9. Do not overcrowd the Bouncy Castle and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time
  10. Prevent Horseplay, Please ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. Somersaults should not be done in the Bouncy castle as these are very dangerous.
  11. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
  12. No pets, sharp instruments or heat to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
  13. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear. THE BLOWER SHOULD BE AT LEAST 1 METRE AWAY FROM THE BOUNCE CASTLE.
  14. The Bouncy castle can be used in light rain if there is a fitted rain cover ( please check bouncy castle information)
  15. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel before allowing children back unto the Bouncy Castle.
  16. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.

Please note that all persons using our Bouncy Castle or equipment's do so at their own risk.

The person/s or organisation hiring from us will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using our equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using equipment if they do not use the equipment correctly..

please ensure you have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. As once booked you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions above.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel due to bad weather then you may transfer your booking to a more suitable date within 3 months.

We aim to fulfil all of our bookings, however there are times when circumstances are beyond our control, for instance natural disaster, broken down vehicle, staff sickness etc. In such cases you will be entitled to a full refund.
