Hiring for the first time can be overwhelming, especially if you are unsure of what you want or how it works. We have compiled a list of the most popular question our customers usually ask us. Can I hire a castle overnight?

Yes but only if the castle will be in a secure building or safe locked garden (only during the summer months)

Are the castles suitable for both children and Adults?

Not all our castles are suitable for adults, adult castles have higher side panels walls. click Bouncy Castlesto find out which castles are suitable for children and adults.

Can the castles be used in the rain?

Although our castles are fitted with a rain cover, it is not ideal to use the castles in the rain. If is rains lightly, we suggest that the castle is unplugged and once the rain stops, the castle should be dried thoroughly before allowing children to go back onto the castle. We generally do no allow our castles to be used outside during rainy weather.

Can children be left unattended whilst on the castle?

Children must always be supervised at all times whilst using the castle for safety reasons.

Can I get a discount for booking multiple items?

We have combo deals that offer discounts and if you book 3 items or more you are entitled to a discount.

Can I set up the Bouncy castle by myself or move it when its inflated.?

We set up the bouncy castles ourselves for health and safety reasons as covered by our insurance. We require you to let us know where you want us to place the castle as once it is inflated you are NOT to move it yourselves.

How long does it takes to set up a Bouncy Castles?

It can take between 15 - 20 minutes depending on the area the castle needs to be set up. we will then check the castle and area for safety before we leave.

How long is hire period?

We delivery as early as 8am and collect by 9pm during summer (8pm in the autumn and winter months) The hire period is for the day. some items can be hired overnight and we offer a late collection on some items. Call our team to discuss your hire arrangement.

Will the Bouncy castle ruin my grass?

We will lay a groundsheet before placing the bouncy castle, this will flatten the grass and it will take a couple to days for the grass to regain its shape after the castle has been removed. You will also have some small holes where the ground pegs has been placed, but this should also close up a few days later.

Are all your electrical items pat tested?

Yes all our electrical items are pat tested for your safety, including bouncy castle blowers.

Are all your Bouncy Castle Pipa Tested?

Yes are our castle as Pipa tested annually.

Can the Bouncy Castle be set up on concrete?

Yes we can use sand bags instead of pegs to anchor the castle,

Can You set up a Bouncy Castle on a windy day?

Yes however, the wind speed cannot exceed 24 mph (38 kmph).

Can the Bouncy Castle be placed on a slope?

Only if it is slight slope but the exit point would need to be at the top of the slope.

Are you fully insured?

We have 5 million public liability insurance, which covers against injuries suffered as a result of improper setup and equipment failure. Please note that if you hire our castles and other hire equipment, you are responsible for ensuring that adult supervisor is present to ensure the safe use whilst on the castle.

There are steps leading into my garden, can I still hire a Bouncy Castle?

We require the location to be on ground floor with no steps or a lift to be provided if not on the ground floor, however our team may accept to carry a castle up no more than 3 steps. please call 07583601839 to discuss this with one of our team.

Can I book a castle for a school fete/?

Yes we take bookings for school fetes, fairs, as well as other company events.
